    We were very pleased with this cooker initially. However, after only 2 years the control panel has started to go rusty, the paint is bubbling in several places. Because we didn't take out an extended warranty Indesit, who make this cooker, won't replace the panel for free and its over £100 if they come and do it. Although they have now offered to come out and do it for £79.99 - we have decided its not worth it and have bought some rust killer liquid and white enamel paint and done our own repair job but it looks a bit of a mess. So be warned, get an extended warranty if you buy this product!   more...

    we have found our john lewis harness invaluable and of excellent quality. we had taken our three year old to the local shopping centre without his pushchair as the shops were so busy at christmas time. wee steve was so exited and trying to run about all over the place!

    I have had mine for 10yrs, using it every year to maintain a 150' hedge and can only sing its praise. Sadly it now fails to start as easily as it originally did, leaks a bit of petrol when priming but when it finally starts, works as good as new. Can anyone ask more of a mechanical tool these days??    more...

    Rubbish. I have two previous Hitachi models and they have been fine. This latest one is the worst of the lot and a complete waste of money. It freezes up and the timer throws a wobbler. It misses programmes or cuts them short. navigation around the functions is slow. After 5 months use, I am looking to replace it with Humax being the most mentioned as best buy.   more...

I however have a rotten cold at the moment so yesterday ended up going to my local pharmacy and purchasing these. I was rather shocked to get home and find the night ones do NOT help get you to sleep at all. You get only enough for 2 days, and lets face it, these capsules did nothing for me, they didn't stop my nose being congested,help my sore throat,or stop my runny nose, I might as well have taken jelly beans for that matter.   more...

    That's what I received when my mother bought me a Smartbox gift voucher. I was given it while moving house and at a busy time in my life; when I came back to it, excited about using it, I found it had only just expired.

    I saw the price she had paid for it online when I tried to contact the company to request an extension - wow, that's a lot of good money she spent on this. For that price you might expect good customer service and a desire to help the recipient?

    Forget it! Even though I was only a few days past expiry, they would not budge - they kept the money, gave nothing in return. It was a total waste of my mother's money. I feel guilty and angry and ashamed - don't do this to your friends and loved ones! Spend your money on something that makes them feel good instead.        more...

    This was surprisingly easy to put together (after reading stories of it taking 2 hours to put cross trainers together!) and as a product compares easily with much more expensive models that John Lewis sell, many of which I've tried.
